Well .. for the last 20 years.. the steak quality is always on the top notch. Personally, I prefer scotch fillet medium rare cook. The wine list is another why you should come here..rare bottles.. wine lovers don't miss out.

It's worth trying the steakhouse. The regular scotch fillet has a balanced meat flavor and grease. wagyu's scotch fillet is richer in grease and fuller in taste. The steak was cooked well, but my steak had a lot of sinew. Everyone else's were fine though. I went with a group and when we got home and split the costs, it turns out we were charged for a $150 wagyu we didn't order.

A nice hidden gem for all the meat lovers. The scotch fillet was cooked to perfection and the sticky date definitely ticked the box for this sweet tooth.
